Job Description
- Deliver exceptional, 1:1 client experiences—both in-store and virtually
- Build long-term relationships through consistent clienteling, styling advice, and follow-ups
- Take initiative in growing your client book through referrals, outreach, and brand events
- Maintain deep product knowledge to confidently advise and upsell
- Support visual merchandising, store operations, and mentorship of junior team members when needed
Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years’ experience in luxury fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands
- Known for your impeccable service and ability to connect with discerning clients
- Confident in styling, trend knowledge, and communicating value
- Organized, proactive, and sales-driven with a calm, professional demeanor
- Able to work weekends and adapt in a fast-paced boutique environment
