Job Requirements
Customer Service Engineer Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field for fresh graduates
- +3 years of experience in servicing bonding machines for experienced candidates
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
