Job Description
The Sales Manager, Pet Accessories in Thailand will be responsible for leading and growing the sales of pet accessories within the market. The successful candidate will need to have a strong sales background, a proven track record in driving business growth, experience in the pet accessories industry, and expertise in managing distributors and new product development/launch.
As a key member of the team, the Sales Manager will also be required to develop and implement go-to-market strategies, lead a sales team, and collaborate with other functions to ensure the success of the business.
Job Requirements
- >10 yrs experience, strong background in sales with a proven track record of driving double-digit year-on-year growth
- Experience in the pet accessories or pet products industry
- Previous experience managing distributors
- Expertise in new product development and new product launch strategies
- Demonstrated leadership experience with ability to lead a sales team and collaborate with other functions
