Job Description
We are seeking a Project Financial Analyst to support financial and commercial aspects of large-scale projects. The role will be responsible for preparing project invoices, managing financial reporting, and driving project cash flow optimization.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare project invoices and financial accounting/reporting documents, including project site accounting.

Drive revenues and project cash flow, seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Ensure accuracy of project balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, and monthly/quarterly forecasts.

Manage foreign currency risks in project cash flows and propose appropriate mitigation strategies.

Support Project Managers in project reviews, cost reports, claim management, back- charges, and insurance cases.

Collaborate with project teams to identify risks and opportunities while ensuring compliance with corporate governance, assurance, and internal controls.

Partner with Tender Managers on all financial and commercial aspects of tenders.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Professional certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus.

5–8 years of experience in project finance, financial analysis, or project accounting.

Strong knowledge of costing, provisioning, and revenue/cost recognition.

Experience with SAP (PS Module preferred).

Proven track record in project finance and stakeholder management.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
