About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Senior Associate to join our People Consulting practice, focusing on Change Management and Organizational Development. In this role, you will support clients through complex workforce and transformation initiatives, helping them unlock the potential of their people while driving sustainable organizational change. You’ll work in cross-functional teams, contribute to project delivery, and gain exposure to diverse industries and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of people-focused solutions in areas such as organizational design, culture, leadership, and change management.

  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to project workstreams, documentation, and stakeholder communications.

  • Assist in project management activities including planning, reporting, and risk management.

  • Contribute to preparation of client deliverables, proposals, and presentations.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across different disciplines to ensure high-quality outcomes.

  • Participate in internal initiatives, knowledge sharing, and capability building.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR consulting, change management and/or organizational development.

  • Exposure to client-facing environments such as consulting firms, professional services, or corporate transformation roles.

  • Advantageous: certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci), HR, or related fields; experience with digital HR tools or people analytics.
