About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead and deliver impactful people and organisational change initiatives. You will play a key role in shaping workforce strategies, guiding transformation programmes, and building strong client relationships. As a Manager, you’ll oversee workstreams, coach junior team members, and ensure projects meet quality and business objectives while contributing to the growth of our People Consulting practice.
Key Responsibilities

Lead delivery of change management and organisational development projects, ensuring outcomes align with client goals.

Manage client relationships and act as a primary point of contact for day-to-day project matters.

Design and implement strategies across areas such as organisational design, culture transformation, leadership, and workforce planning.

Guide and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and performance excellence.

Support business development activities including proposals, presentations, and pursuits.

Monitor project financials, risks, and quality standards.

Contribute to internal knowledge-building and thought leadership initiatives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Management, or related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR consulting, change management, organisational development, or workforce transformation.

Proven track record in leading teams or workstreams within consulting or in-house transformation functions.

Strong client-facing experience, ideally from professional services or corporate environments.

Advantageous: Postgraduate or professional certifications (e.g., MBA, CIPD, SHRM, Prosci).

Exposure to people analytics, workforce strategy, or digital HR solutions.
