About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to drive large-scale people transformation programmes and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. In this role, you will lead complex organizational change initiatives, manage senior stakeholders, and shape strategies that unlock workforce potential and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will also play a key role in growing the practice, mentoring future leaders, and contributing to business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and deliver large, complex transformation programmes across change management and organizational development.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships at senior levels, serving as a strategic partner.

  • Shape and execute people strategies in areas such as leadership, culture, organization design, and workforce transformation.

  • Lead pursuit and proposal development, driving business development and growth opportunities.

  • Provide coaching, guidance, and leadership to project teams, nurturing high performance and inclusion.

  • Manage project financials, risks, and quality assurance to ensure sustainable client impact.

  • Contribute to thought leadership, practice building, and market positioning initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Management, or related field.

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience, including leadership of large-scale projects and client accounts.

  • Significant experience in consulting, professional services, or corporate transformation leadership roles.

  • Demonstrated success in business development and managing complex client relationships.

  • Advantageous: Postgraduate or professional certifications (e.g., MBA, CIPD, SHRM, Prosci).

  • Familiarity with digital HR solutions, people analytics, or workforce planning technologies.
