Job Description

Support clients on corporate strategy and M&A-related engagements, including market entry, due diligence, JV structuring, and post-merger integration (PMI).

Conduct portfolio review, business feasibility studies, and long-term growth roadmaps.

Drive performance improvement initiatives, focusing on profitability, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness.

Participate in turnaround and restructuring projects, aligning strategic direction with operational and financial recovery.

Collaborate with APAC and global teams on cross-border strategy projects.

Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations to C-level stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields.

3–7 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.

Strong background in strategy development, M&A, or financial/market analysis.

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; understanding of financial modeling and valuation a plus.

Excellent English communication and presentation skills; Korean fluency preferred.
