Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Design and optimize statistical, machine learning, and deep learning models (recommendation, prediction, market response, market mix).
    • Conduct statistical analysis (regression, ANOVA, correlation) to validate business hypotheses.

    • Translate complex datasets into business insights to support product, marketing, and sales strategies.

    • Lead data acquisition, API integration, and BI dashboard development (Tableau, Power BI).

    • Collaborate with consultants and client executives to deliver digital transformation and analytics projects.


Job Requirements

  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.

    • Proven expertise in data preprocessing, statistical analysis, and advanced ML modeling.

    • Proficiency in SQL and Python (R a plus).

    • Experience with external data collection, BI tools, and dashboard development.

    • Industry exposure in retail, commerce, manufacturing, or consumer goods preferred.

    • Excellent communication skills in English; Korean fluency preferred.

  • Preferred Attributes

    • Experience in consulting firms or in-house strategy/analytics teams.

    • Hands-on exposure to AI/ML-based modeling.

    • Strong ability to deliver data-driven insights that influence executive decision-making.

    • Capacity to communicate technical results clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
