Job Description

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
  2. Work on warm leads and conduct door-to-door sales to install solar on residential properties
  3. Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and drive sales opportunities
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  6. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote products and services

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in any field
  2. Prior experience in B2C sales with a focus on fast sales cycles (solar sales experience is a plus)
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
  5. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
