Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
- Work on warm leads and conduct door-to-door sales to install solar on residential properties
- Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and drive sales opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote products and services
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Prior experience in B2C sales with a focus on fast sales cycles (solar sales experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
