The Director, Corporate Finance will be responsible for leading the origination, structuring, and execution of corporate finance activities for a prominent Asian conglomerate Family Office. They will manage and raise both equity and debt capital, drive M&A initiatives, and assess strategic investment opportunities across a diverse portfolio of operating companies and sectors. The role involves close collaboration with the Group's leadership and external stakeholders to support business expansion and long-term growth objectives.

- Extensive network of investment banking contacts
- Experience in debt and equity fundraising
- Proven success in delivering CDD
- Prior experience in corporate M&A role
- Sector knowledge in Renewables, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Consumer Goods, Financial Services
- Familiarity with Asia Pacific investment and capital markets
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. CFA or MBA is a plus
