  • Develop and execute a cohesive, long-term marketing and brand strategy that aligns with the company's vision and financial goals.

  • Provide senior leadership and direction on all Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, ensuring seamless execution from planning to post-launch analysis.

  • Develop, manage, and optimize the annual marketing budget. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and the return on investment (ROI) for all marketing initiatives.

  • Direct the overarching digital marketing strategy, overseeing performance marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, CRM, social media, and e-commerce channels to maximize reach and conversions.

  • Champion a data-first approach, utilizing market research, competitive intelligence, and customer analytics to identify trends, inform strategy, and pivot tactics effectively.

  • Serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, collaborating closely with Sales, Product Development, and Operations to ensure a unified commercial strategy and seamless customer experience.

  • Act as the ultimate guardian of the brand, ensuring consistent messaging, positioning, and visual identity across all internal and external touchpoints.

  • Build, lead, and mentor a world-class marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous professional growth.

  • Set clear, ambitious goals for the team and empower them to achieve excellence.

  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and career development guidance to direct reports, including the Product Sales and Marketing Manager.

  • Structure the marketing department for optimal efficiency and scalability as the company grows.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is highly preferred.

  • 8-10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a senior leadership role managing a team.

  • A proven track record of success within the dietary supplement, cosmetic, FMCG, or a related consumer health industry.

  • Strong financial acumen with extensive experience in budget management and ROI analysis.

  • A strategic and analytical mindset, with a mastery of marketing analytics tools and platforms.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
