Job Description

Design and implement comprehensive product training modules covering technical specifications, features, and competitor comparisons.

Develop a variety of training materials, including presentations, user manuals, and video tutorials.

Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and other subject matter experts to identify training needs and ensure all content is accurate and up-to-date.

Deliver impactful and engaging training sessions to both the internal sales team and external customers.

Serve as a key product expert, providing ongoing support, guidance, and troubleshooting for the sales team to address product-related queries.

Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives by gathering feedback from participants and measuring knowledge retention.

Analyze results and provide recommendations for the continuous improvement of all training programs
Job Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a product training or learning & development role.

Experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is strongly preferred.

A strong understanding of product development, marketing, and sales processes.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical information in a clear and engaging manner.

Resourceful, adaptable, and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as a collaborative part of a team.
