Manage and drive the full lifecycle of neuro- and brain-related medical devices.

Developing localized product strategies, forecasting market trends, identifying new opportunities in neuroscience and neurorehabilitation, and driving promotional activities for growth in Thailand and neighboring regions.

Leading product launches, executing marketing and educational programs, setting performance metrics, and ensuring effective customer/distributor engagement.

Managing and supporting distribution partners, building Key Opinion Leader (KOL) networks, and exploring strategic partnerships with hospitals and regional partners.

Coordinating medical training programs for surgeons/neurologists and collaborating closely with global and regional HQ teams on strategy, branding, and business continuity planning.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biomedical Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.

3–5 years minimum in medical device marketing, product management, or sales, with a strong preference for experience in neurology, neurosurgery, or diagnostic equipment.

Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, manage product launches, and handle distributor/KOL engagement.

Strong understanding of hospital environments, medical device regulations, and healthcare market dynamics.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English (or Chinese)

Strategic thinker, analytical, detail-oriented, with a willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
