Job Description

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Enginering, Business Management, Marketing or any related fields
  • A minimum of 8 years of working experience in Sales/ Business Development, Account Management.
  • 3-5 years of managerial, leadership & management skill in leading a team member
    Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, especially within networking/corporate circles in Thailand
  • Strong business insight and leadership ability to drive sustainable long-term sales growth

Job Requirements

  • Ensure all sales strategies, activities, and plans align with the company’s goals and strategic direction
  • Lead and supervise the overall performance and daily operations of the sales team
  • Organize and lead monthly and mid-monthly sales meetings; prepare comprehensive analysis and performance reports for the Country Lead
  • Manage the sales budget and expenses efficiently, ensuring cost control while maximizing revenue opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers and potential new clients in Thailand
  • Proactively develop new Japanese customer accounts and strengthen the company’s network within the business community
  • Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify potential business growth opportunities
