Job Description
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Enginering, Business Management, Marketing or any related fields
- A minimum of 8 years of working experience in Sales/ Business Development, Account Management.
- 3-5 years of managerial, leadership & management skill in leading a team member
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams - Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, especially within networking/corporate circles in Thailand
- Strong business insight and leadership ability to drive sustainable long-term sales growth
Job Requirements
- Ensure all sales strategies, activities, and plans align with the company’s goals and strategic direction
- Lead and supervise the overall performance and daily operations of the sales team
- Organize and lead monthly and mid-monthly sales meetings; prepare comprehensive analysis and performance reports for the Country Lead
- Manage the sales budget and expenses efficiently, ensuring cost control while maximizing revenue opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers and potential new clients in Thailand
- Proactively develop new Japanese customer accounts and strengthen the company’s network within the business community
- Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify potential business growth opportunities
