Job Description

  • Supervise and follow up with Product Specialists to ensure they adhere to the planned schedule for case support and product demonstrations.

  • Provide case support, demonstrate products, and advise on correct usage methods when requested by customers.

  • Plan work schedules and daily activities jointly with the Sales Specialists/Team.

  • Research market competitors to collaboratively plan work strategies with the sales team.

  • Schedule monthly or annual product knowledge and sales skills training sessions for Sales Representatives in advance.

  • Train and evaluate Sales Representatives to ensure they are ready for work, especially regarding knowledge of both their own products and competitors' products.

  • Prepare and compile product knowledge materials for both own and competitor products, such as Presentation Slides, Competitors Comparison, etc., for use in presentations and demonstrations.

  • Translate product-related documents and prepare concise user manuals for the responsible products.

  • Support and create sales promotion programs to stimulate sales in line with company targets.

  • Monitor Inventory Balance to align with the Sales Representatives' sales forecasts to prevent product shortages.

  • Check products and accompanying accessories against sales contracts, ensuring correct quantity and specific features, to successfully hand over products to customers.

  • Participate in the sales team's monthly meetings and collaborate with the sales team on marketing plans.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Medical Instruments, Science, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5-10  years of work experience in the field.

  • Possesses good interpersonal skills and is able to get along with others.

  • Must have a personal car.

  • Able to travel upcountry. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
