Job Description

  • Develop and implement export strategies to achieve annual revenue and profitability goals.

  • Manage and grow distributor relationships through joint business planning and performance reviews.

  • Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape, pricing trends, and customer needs within each target country.

  • Identify and onboard qualified distributors or business partners that align with company standards and market positioning.

  • Coordinate with internal marketing, technical, and logistics teams to support cross-border operations and promotional programs.

  • Track distributor performance using structured scorecards and business reviews.

  • Lead market-entry initiatives and project-based business development within sectors such as hospitality, commercial interiors, education, and healthcare.

  • Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and regional networking events.

  • Provide timely reporting on sales forecasts, pipeline development, and market intelligence to management.

  • Uphold the company’s brand identity and ensure consistent customer experience across all export markets.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).

  • 10 years’ experience in export sales, regional business development, or channel management within the building materials or decorative surface industry.

  • Demonstrated success in developing distributors and achieving sales growth across ASEAN or South Asian markets.

  • Solid understanding of export processes including INCOTERMS, logistics, and trade documentation.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a cross-cultural mindset.

  • Independent, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial in approach.

  • Proficiency in English; regional language skills are advantageous.
