Optimize vendor management and sourcing strategies for product innovation and export readiness.

Oversee multi-site production facilities for bakery, syrup, and premix powder.

Establish and lead Engineering & Maintenance teams to drive automation and future expansion.

Champion lean manufacturing, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead QA/QC teams to ensure compliance with international food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000).

Develop scalable quality systems to support ODM/OEM partnerships and export certifications.

Prepare for global audits and customer-specific requirements.

Translate CEO’s vision into operational strategies and measurable outcomes.

Align operations with commercial, R&D, and market expansion goals.

Mentor and develop operational leaders, building a high-performance culture.
Job Requirements

Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Food Science, or Business Administration.

Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in food manufacturing or FMCG, ideally in ODM or export-oriented businesses.

Proven success in scaling operations and managing multi-site facilities.
