Job Description

Lead and mentor R&D teams across bakery and beverage categories, driving technical excellence and creative innovation.

Oversee formulation design, ingredient selection, and sensory evaluation for all new products.

Collaborate with QA, QC, Production, Costing, and Executive Management to ensure innovation aligns with commercial goals and production feasibility.

Guide problem-solving through formulation and process optimization to enhance product performance and consistency.

Build a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement within the R&D organization.

Define and refine sensory standards to maintain the company’s premium product identity.

Provide strategic direction for new ingredient technologies, product platforms, and long-term innovation roadmaps.
Job Requirements

Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.

10–15 years of R&D experience within food or beverage manufacturing, including leadership of multidisciplinary teams.

Proven expertise in formulation, process design, and sensory development.

Strong track record of translating product concepts into scalable, commercially successful solutions.

Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Passion for innovation, craftsmanship, and delivering products with outstanding sensory quality.
