Job Description


• Advise Sales Representatives on opening and closing sales, and create sales 
promotion programs to achieve the company's desired sales and profit targets. 
• Monitor the work status of Sales Representatives, evaluate feasibility, find solutions 
to potential problems, or assist Representatives in closing sales. 
• Schedule monthly or annual product knowledge and sales skills training sessions 
for Sales Representatives in advance. 
• Train and evaluate Sales Representatives to ensure their readiness in sales skills. 
• Verify products against the sales contract, including quantity and specific 
specifications, for successful product delivery to the customer. 
• Plan marketing and sales department operations to achieve the company's desired 
targets. 
• Resolve problems and coordinate with customers regarding product issues. 
• Perform tasks assigned by the supervisor and adhere to company policies.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related clinical field. 

  • IA minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years specifically in the Medical Device. 

  • Minimum of 5 years of direct managerial experience, successfully leading, coaching, and developing a team of sales representatives and/or product specialists.

  •  Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding challenging sales quotas and driving significant market share growth within a hospital or clinical setting environment.
