Job Description

Lead and execute 360° marketing campaigns to meet sales targets and brand objectives.

Ensure brand guideline compliance through regular store visits and engagement with frontline teams.

Partner closely with internal teams, retailers, and external stakeholders to build market share.

Manage and grow a portfolio of luxury fragrance and/or beauty brands at a regional level.

Maintain close collaboration with global brand principals and regional teams.

Support business needs in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines and protocols are met.

Oversee brand training, wholesale targets, and inventory planning for seasonal demand.

Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to drive innovation.

Manage A&P budgets, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and ROI.

Review and update retail pricing as needed; prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Job Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in branding, marketing, or business development.
-
Background in beauty, fragrance, or luxury goods preferred.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
-
Highly organized, meticulous, and able to manage multiple projects independently.

Tech-savvy and proficient with digital tools and software.
