Job Description

  • Lead and execute 360° marketing campaigns to meet sales targets and brand objectives.

  • Ensure brand guideline compliance through regular store visits and engagement with frontline teams.

  • Partner closely with internal teams, retailers, and external stakeholders to build market share.

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of luxury fragrance and/or beauty brands at a regional level.

  • Maintain close collaboration with global brand principals and regional teams.

  • Support business needs in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines and protocols are met.

  • Oversee brand training, wholesale targets, and inventory planning for seasonal demand.

  • Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to drive innovation.

  • Manage A&P budgets, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and ROI.

  • Review and update retail pricing as needed; prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.


Job Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in branding, marketing, or business development.

  • Background in beauty, fragrance, or luxury goods preferred.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

  • Highly organized, meticulous, and able to manage multiple projects independently.

  • Tech-savvy and proficient with digital tools and software.
