Job Description

  • Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets (monthly, quarterly, and annual).

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Key Account clients (top-tier aesthetic clinics and hospitals), ensuring repeat business and high customer satisfaction.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the market share for Aestema’s product portfolio (Fillers, Toxins, Skin Boosters, Devices).

  • Support the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new Product Specialists/Sales Representatives.

  • Accompany junior sales staff on client visits (field coaching) to demonstrate negotiation techniques and product presentations.

  • Monitor team performance metrics and assist in preparing sales performance reports for management.

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Doctors, and Clinic Owners.

  • Coordinate with the Clinical Training team to organize hands-on workshops, product demonstrations, and doctor training sessions.

  • Represent Aestema at medical congresses, trade shows, and industry seminars.

 


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Medical Technology, Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device industry.
  • Experience in the Aesthetic market (Injectables, Lasers, Skincare) is highly preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role or a proven track record of mentoring junior staff.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to understand and explain technical/medical data to doctors.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
