Role Overview
The In-House Strategy Consultant will act as an internal strategy and transformation partner within the Business Solution Centre, supporting high-impact strategic initiatives across the organisation and selected affiliates.
The role works closely with senior leadership and serves as an internal advisor on strategy, M&A, and portfolio-related decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and support strategic initiatives, including M&A, corporate restructuring, and new business development

Conduct market, financial, and operational due diligence for investment, partnership, and growth opportunities

Build valuation models, synergy assessments, and post-merger integration (PMI) frameworks

Identify and analyse growth opportunities across energy transition and adjacent value chains

Develop strategic frameworks, executive-level presentations, and implementation roadmaps

Collaborate closely with HQ and business unit leaders to ensure alignment and execution of strategic priorities
Job Requirements
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher (MBA preferred)

2–7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or M&A
(Top-tier strategy firms or Big 4 Strategy / Deal Advisory preferred) -
Hands-on experience in corporate strategy, valuation, M&A execution, or restructuring

Strong analytical capability and advanced financial modelling skills

Excellent communication skills; bilingual proficiency is a plus
Preferred Background

Exposure to energy, industrial, or infrastructure and healthcare sectors preferred

Experience with cross-border M&A or JV structuring is advantageous

Professional certifications (e.g. CFA, CPA) are a plus

Strong ownership mindset with the ability to translate research and analysis into actionable outcomes
