Job Description

  • Analyze production, plant, and operational data (output, yield, downtime, scrap, OEE, inventory turns) to support factory performance and cost control.

  • Monitor manufacturing KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for plant management and regional stakeholders.

  • Support production planning and capacity analysis, identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.

  • Work closely with Plant, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to drive process optimization and lean initiatives.

  • Assist in root cause analysis for production variances, quality issues, and operational disruptions.

  • Support cost analysis related to manufacturing variances, labor efficiency, material usage, and overhead absorption.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.

  • 2–5 years experience in manufacturing operations or production analysis.

  • Strong Excel/ERP skills and ability to analyze data and report insights.

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with good communication skills.

  • Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.
