Job Description

  • Provide technical consultation, system design, and solutions for sales and SAM projects across the SEA region.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including site surveys, client meetings, technical presentations, system demos, and accurate quoting.
  • Deliver technical training to SEA sales and technical teams and prepare professional customer training materials.
  • Offer after-sales technical support and T&C assistance, ensuring prompt resolution of project or client issues.
  • Maintain service quality and compliance with company standards, continuously improving technical skills through internal training

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in security, electronics, or project implementation and commissioning, preferably within a multinational environment.
  • Solid understanding of IT, security hardware, networks, and databases; familiarity with access control, CCTV, and alarm systems is a plus.
  • Advantageous to have technical presales experience and strong client-facing skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and client service orientation, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt.
