Job Description

Ensure confidentiality of company information and compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) standards.

Oversee end-to-end sales operations and order management within the automotive industry, including delivery planning, scheduling, and follow-up to ensure timely customer fulfillment.

Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage pricing, delivery, and operational matters in a dynamic automotive business environment.

Manage and maintain accurate product, pricing, and seasonal data in the system (Winline/CoC), including new item creation.

Review and negotiate SCP (Sales/Performance Assessment Reports) and consolidate monthly buy plans for internal and external alignment.

Provide training and guidance to team members on new automotive products, seasonal updates, system enhancements, and pricing processes.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
-
More than 7 years of relevant working experience.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
-
Strong leadership capability.
