Job Description

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to hire key roles such as Live Streaming Manager, KOL Supervisor, Content Operations Lead, TikTok Manager, and other e-commerce positions.

  • Oversee end-to-end HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, payroll, and employee relations.

  • Design and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with local regulations and company culture.

  • Support office setup and expansion in Jakarta, including team structuring and workforce planning.

  • Collaborate with leadership to drive workforce planning and organizational development.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

  • 5–8 years of experience in full-cycle HR management, including recruitment, compensation, and HR operations.

  • Prior experience in the e-commerce industry, with exposure to hiring roles related to platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, or similar (e.g., Live Streaming, KOL Management, Content Operations).

  • Experience leading HR and administrative teams.

  • Salary: IDR 25.000.000-35.000.000.
