About the Role

Standalone HR role with full ownership across all HR functions

Strategic + hands-on position reporting directly to regional leadership

Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted HR advisor to management and line managers across all levels of the plant.

Drive workforce planning, manpower requirements, and end-to-end recruitment for all positions.

Oversee onboarding, employee development programs, and performance management (KPI setting & evaluations).

Manage payroll processing, OT, incentives, compensation structures, and benefits programs.

Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and internal conflict resolution.

Ensure full compliance with Thai labor laws, factory regulations, and company HR policies.

Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and liaise with government authorities (SSO, DOL).
-
Coordinate and maintain ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 requirements related to HR, including audits and corrective actions.

Serve as an Internal Auditor for quality and environmental management systems.

Support employee welfare initiatives, safety committee participation, and workplace engagement activities.
Job Requirements
What We're Looking For
-
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

At least 7–10 years of comprehensive HR experience covering all HR functions.

Proven experience as a standalone / one-man HR in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Strong knowledge of Thai labor law, HR management systems, and ISO standards.

Good command of English; proficient in computer applications and HRIS systems.
-
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently under pressure.
