Job Description

  • Drive and sustain preventive maintenance and CapEx programs to ensure equipment reliability and process performance.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools across operations.

  • Provide strong mechanical and electrical guidance to technicians and frontline teams.

  • Oversee plant maintenance activities and coordinate across departments to support production targets.

  • Plan and lead equipment installations and upgrades, ensuring project timelines and objectives are met.

  • Monitor and lead cost-saving initiatives aligned with operational efficiency goals.

  • Build and develop the technical team through recruitment, coaching, and skills development.

  • Support plant leadership and act as a key decision-maker in absence of the Plant Manager.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Certified in either Green Belt or Black Belt

  • Minimum 10 years of management experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.

  • Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance systems, equipment troubleshooting, and operational support.

  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and project management practices.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and build technical capabilities within the department.

  • Fluent in English and Thai – able to translate and communicate effectively.

  • Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
