Job Description

Support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee records

Act as a communication bridge between local employees and Chinese management

Assist with HR policies, procedures, and compliance with Thai labor law
-
Handle basic employee relations matters and support internal communications
-
Coordinate with external vendors (payroll, recruitment, training providers)

Support HR reporting and documentation for management
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
-
Thai and Intermediate English communication is needed
-
Candidates with 3-5 years of HR or admin experience, preferably from the retail / consumer goods background

Strong willingness to learn, detail-oriented, and well-organized

Good interpersonal skills and cultural adaptability
-
Comfortable working in a fast-growing, hands-on environment
