Job Description

  • Promote sustainability in line with corporate strategy.
  • Develop and execute business strategies with SEA Construction and Refractory teams.
  • Drive sales and marketing initiatives to meet growth and margin targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer and distributor relationships.
  • Coordinate supply chain activities while supporting market intelligence and financial controls.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in a technical and/or commercial field
  • At least 5 years of sales & marketing experience, preferably in an international setting
  • Strong commercial knowledge (sales, marketing, Incoterms, import/export) with sufficient technical understanding
  • Industry background in cement, concrete, or construction materials preferred; good grasp of production processes and EBS
  • Proven leadership and communication skills, with strong analytical ability and proficiency in common business tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, etc.)
