Job Description

  • Provide specialist palliative care consultations, including complex symptom management, goals-of-care discussions, and end-of-life care.

     

  • Deliver clinical leadership, mentorship, and education to junior doctors and multidisciplinary teams.

     

  • Develop and deliver palliative care education and training programmes across the organisation.

     

  • Lead and contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, and development of clinical policies and SOPs.

     

  • Support service development, integration with community and hospice partners, and strategic planning initiatives.


Job Requirements

  • Basic Medical Degree with postgraduate qualifications registrable with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
  • Advanced specialist training in Palliative Medicine (required).
  • Strong commitment to caring for patients at the end of life and those with complex physical, psycho-emotional, and social needs.
