Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead and shape the HR function for our growing organisation in Malaysia. This role will drive HR strategy, talent management, and organisational development, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead full-spectrum HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement
- Drive organisational design, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Promote a strong company culture and employee experience
- Advise senior leadership on HR best practices, policies, and people-related matters
- Lead change management initiatives and HR transformation projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership roles
- Mandarin speaking is a MUST as this role will be reporting to Senior Mangement in China.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing HR strategies and programs
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in multinational or matrix organisations is an advantage
- Ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team
