Job Description
- Provide and support comprehensive clerical and organizational support to the sales team, ensuring seamless processing of contracts and documentation through effective communication and strong attention to detail
- Generate report and build dashboard for sales reporting and contract tracking, perform data administration, cleaning and analysis to deliver actionable insights that support strategic planning across teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally, applying interpersonal and problem solving to support teams
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fileds
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support or administrative tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional team, attention to details and accuracy in documentation
- Excellent ability to manage large volumes of documents, with strong MS Excel and data logic skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently, ability to translate complex requested into clear and accurate reports to support decision making
