- Present and articulate the company's solutions and unique strengths to potential clients across target markets.
- Contribute to shaping and executing the commercial direction for the assigned division.

- Grow the existing book of business while identifying and pursuing new revenue streams to hit commercial targets.
- Source, evaluate, and establish strategic alliances with technology partners to support scalable growth.
- Build and roll out market-facing plans for each core service line, with the goal of expanding visibility and market penetration.
- Support yearly budget planning and contribute to performance tracking across business activities.
- Take on additional responsibilities as business needs arise.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years in solution sales or systems integration business development.
- 5+ years with regional or multi-market scope.
- Proven experience with government procurement processes.
- Diploma/Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Domain knowledge in security, identity management, or related technologies is a plus.
- Track record of qualifying and closing complex, high-value deals.
- Commercially minded with a focus on growth and market share.
- Highly organised with strong follow-through.
- Confident communicator and negotiator across all levels.
- Well-versed in current industry trends and emerging best practices.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
