Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on and driven Human Resources Manager to lead the full spectrum of HR functions for a fast-growing, Singapore-based consumer business with regional operations in Korea, and expanding.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is keen to build, improve, and scale HR practices alongside business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end HR function across Singapore and support regional operations in Korea
• Drive recruitment and manpower planning, partnering closely with hiring managers to support business expansion
• Act as a HR business partner to leadership, supporting organisational development and workforce planning
• Oversee employee relations, addressing workplace matters and fostering a positive culture
• Manage payroll processing using HR systems (e.g., BIPO), ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Implement and manage HR policies, processes, and systems, including optimisation of current tools
• Support the design and rollout of employee incentive schemes (e.g., ESOP)
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and HR best practices
• Contribute to building a scalable HR framework to support regional growth
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a full-spectrum HR generalist role.
- Strong hands-on experience in payroll, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience with HR systems such as BIPO or similar platforms.
- Exposure to food manufacturing, FMCG, or operational workforce environments is advantageous.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
- Ability to work independently while effectively partnering with leadership.
