Job Description
The Customer Success Architect (M365) is embedded within Microsoft Korea's enterprise delivery operations, responsible for the deployment, configuration, governance, and technical support of Microsoft 365 environments for enterprise customers. The role requires operational ownership across a broad M365 product set and direct customer engagement on-site for more than 50% of working time.

Requirement:
- Hands-on operational proficiency across: Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Purview, Exchange Server & Exchange Online, SharePoint Server & Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), M365 Identity, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Syntex, M365 Copilot, M365 Enterprise Apps
- Microsoft Graph API for M365: automation and integration scripting capability (required)
- Proven experience in deployment, configuration, policy management, identity governance, compliance, security control, daily O&M, troubleshooting, and technical support across the above stack
- Strong English communication skills — written and spoken
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration, architecture, or consulting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration, architecture, or consulting
Preferred:
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-102)
- SC-400 (Information Protection & Compliance) or AZ-500
- Experience delivering within a Microsoft Gold / Solutions Partner environment
