Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy & Campaign Planning: Develop and execute monthly and campaign-based social media strategies aligned with business/ brand objectives, news or updates trends, launches and NPD priorities

  • Define clear content pillars, messaging frameworks, and posting calendars to drive awareness, engagement, and brand credibility

  • Collaborate cross-functionally (brand, media/KOL teams) to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and timelines

  • Create engaging, on-brand content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X that strengthens brand awareness, trust, and community connection

  • Develop authentic review-driven content, including product testimonials, educational posts, benefit-led storytelling, and community review highlights

  • Translate trends into relatable, performance-driven content ideas that resonate with target audiences

  • Maintain consistent posting schedules and ensure all content aligns with brand tone and guidelines. Work closely with creative teams

  • Community Engagement & Brand Experience: lead proactive and real-time engagement across social platforms to build brand love and loyalty

  • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries while maintaining a strong and positive brand voice

  • Encourage customer participation, reviews, and user-generated content

  • Monitor audience sentiment and escalate concerns when necessary

  • Support community monitoring and engagement during key campaign periods, launches, and peak sales moments — including occasional weekend or public holiday coverage when required

  • Monitor and report on key social metrics (reach, engagement, sentiment, growth, and content performance).

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of review-driven and campaign-related content

  • Provide insights and recommendations to continuously optimize strategy and performance

  • Stay updated on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging features

 


Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Communications, Business Advertisement or a related field

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social media management with hands-on responsibility for marketing communication, social media, content marketing management

  • Experience in IT Technology, lifestyle or any related to FMCG, or retail is highly preferred

  • Solid understanding of social strategy fundamentals and content frameworks with strong content planning, creation, and storytelling skills

  • Ability to create persuasive, review-driven, and credibility-building content

  • Proactive and responsive communicator with strong community management skills

  • Good English communication skill (both written and spoken)
