Job Description
As Project Manager, the successful candidate will own the end-to-end delivery of client engagements, working closely with Partners to define project scope, structure multi-module teams, and drive measurable outcomes for executive stakeholders. The role carries direct responsibility for client relationship management, team leadership and coaching, and active contribution to business development initiatives.
Job Requirements
Requirement:
- Lead entire project teams across multiple modules and industries, from scoping through final delivery
- Define project approach, scope, and deliverables in close collaboration with senior leadership
- Manage client relationships at the executive level, ensuring strategic alignment and impact throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development for junior consultants
- Contribute to business development activities and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity/venture capital, or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of Project Manager (or equivalent) title at a globally recognised management consulting firm
- Demonstrated experience in CDD, PMI, or operational improvement engagements
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (written and verbal)
- Strong executive communication, team leadership, and client relationship management skills
- Native-Level Korean Fluency Required
