As Senior Consultant, the successful candidate will serve as a key driver of client impact — managing module workstreams or smaller end-to-end projects, coaching junior colleagues, and interfacing directly with client management to align strategies and solutions. The role requires the ability to translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team environment.


Job Requirements

Requirement:

  • Lead one or more module workstreams, or manage end-to-end delivery of smaller client projects
  • Interface directly with client management to align on strategies, findings, and recommendations
  • Manage workstreams, team coordination, and deliverables across multiple concurrent priorities
  • Drive creative and practical strategies for clients; contribute to client development activities
  • Coach and develop junior consultants within project teams

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity/venture capital, or equivalent
  • Proven experience leading teams or modules with direct client-facing responsibility
  • Experience in CDD, PMI, or operational improvement engagements preferred
  • Ability to translate complex analysis into actionable strategic recommendations
  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (written and verbal)

Preferred:

  • MBA or Master's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Deal team background (Big4 TAS/Deals, PE, IB) in addition to consulting project experience
  • Track record of client management interaction at the manager or senior manager level
