As Senior Finance Manager, you will serve as the financial backbone of the manufacturing operations. You will lead a multi-functional finance team, drive fiscal discipline across business units, and play a critical advisory role as the company navigates rapid growth, M&A integration, and regulatory milestones. We are looking for someone who does not just manage numbers — but leads people, solves complex problems, and thrives in a high-stakes environment.
- Integration & ERP leadership — Drive finance workstreams for the acquisition integration and ERP implementation, ensuring process standardization and reporting continuity across entities.
- Manufacturing finance & costing — Own standard costing, variance analysis, and COGS reporting. Deliver actionable insights on material yield, labor efficiency, and overhead absorption to operations leadership.
- Tax, compliance & PEZA — Manage all BIR obligations, coordinate new plant PEZA registrations and tax holiday applications, and maximize available incentives while maintaining full regulatory compliance.
- Financial reporting & planning — Ensure timely, PFRS-compliant financial statements, oversee the annual budgeting cycle and rolling forecasts, and present performance reviews to senior leadership.
- Team leadership & cross-functional partnership — Lead and develop the finance team, foster a collaborative culture, and serve as a trusted partner to operations, supply chain, and the executive team.
Job Requirements
- CPA license (mandatory) — active PRC registration required; 10+ years of progressive finance experience with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Manufacturing background — solid grasp of product costing, bill of materials, and plant-level financial management is essential.
- Philippine accounting & tax expertise — hands-on PFRS application and BIR compliance experience; direct PEZA incentive/registration experience strongly preferred.
- Proven people leader — track record of building cohesive, high-performing finance teams; ERP implementation experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills — ability to build trust at all levels, integrate well with existing teams, and communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
