Job Description
- Manage end-to-end procurement operations including sourcing, purchasing, supplier coordination, and order management.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to support operational efficiency and cost optimization initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, service providers, and logistics partners.
- Lead commercial discussions related to pricing, delivery schedules, service agreements, and procurement terms.
- Monitor purchasing activities and ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and operational supplies.
- Coordinate closely with inventory and operations teams to support material planning and stock availability.
- Oversee shipment coordination and logistics activities to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery.
- Track inbound shipments and resolve transportation or delivery-related issues when necessary.
- Ensure procurement and logistics activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
- Maintain procurement records, supplier documentation, purchasing reports, and related operational data.
- Support budgeting activities, cost analysis, and procurement performance reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance procurement efficiency and workflow effectiveness.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to strengthen operational capability and performance.
- Support the implementation and utilization of procurement systems and inventory management tools.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Previous experience in a managerial or team leadership role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, inventory planning, and logistics coordination.
- Good negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems, procurement software, or inventory management platforms.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Good command of English communication skills, both written and spoken.
