Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers within Air Freight and Sea Freight business
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and existing customer relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with import/export customers, manufacturers, traders, and logistics buyers
  • Achieve monthly sales, GP, and revenue targets
  • Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and logistics solutions tailored to customer requirements
  • Coordinate closely with operations and pricing teams to ensure smooth service execution
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand within freight forwarding industry
  • Expand shipment volume and maximize long-term business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records

Provide professional customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5–8 years of sales or business development experience within Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field preferred
  • Strong experience in Air Freight and/or Sea Freight sales
  • Proven hunter profile with strong new business development capability
  • Existing customer network within logistics, import/export, or manufacturing sectors is highly preferred
  • Good understanding of freight forwarding operations, pricing structure, and logistics market conditions
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced and performance-driven environment
