• Lead retail operations and dealer network performance for a renowned luxury automotive company.

• Drive business growth, dealer profitability, and premium customer experience initiatives across the network.

• Partner closely with dealership stakeholders to elevate operational excellence and retail performance standards.

• Analyse sales performance, market trends, and operational KPIs to identify strategic growth opportunities.

• Spearhead initiatives to enhance dealer efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.

• Gain strong exposure to strategic operations, network development, and high-level stakeholder management within the premium automotive industry.


Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in automotive retail, dealer operations, or network management.

• Strong understanding of dealer operations, retail performance, aftersales, and customer experience management.

• Proven ability to manage dealer relationships, operational KPIs, and business performance.

• Experience in premium/luxury automotive brands or dealership networks is highly preferred.

• Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS), CRM platforms, and operational reporting tools.
