Job Description

  • Administer salary and staff movement processes to ensure internal equity and workforce balance.

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS/database accurately and timely.

  • Review, revise, and enhance compensation & benefits programs, HR policies, and procedures.

  • Manage employee benefits administration and reward schemes.

  • Conduct market benchmarking on compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness.

  • Administer expa triates management matters, including related HR coordination.

  • Serve as a key point of reference for HR policies, procedures, and HR systems.

  • Prepare monthly HR reports and analytics for senior management and shareholders.

  • Provide compensation & benefits and HRMS support to plants and other entities within the Group.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines with CGPA 3.0 and above.

  • Only candidates who are WILLING to work FULLY in office and be based at both SHAH ALAM and MID VALLEY KL are encouraged to apply.

  • Stable career history preferred; candidates with frequent job changes (job-hopping) will NOT be shortlisted.

  • Comfortable working in a fully in-office environment.
