Job Description
- Manage legal entity compliance activities across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Maintain and organize corporate governance and legal documentation including resolutions, contracts, and statutory records.
- Draft and review legal and corporate documents related to entity management and governance matters.
- Coordinate with external law firms, corporate secretarial providers, and international stakeholders.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research to support governance and compliance activities.
- Support administrative and operational tasks within the legal and corporate governance function.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate governance, legal operations, compliance, or entity management.
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese; additional language proficiency is advantageous.
- Good analytical and legal interpretation skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork capabilities.
- Proactive, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced international environment.
