Job Description

  • Manage legal entity compliance activities across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Maintain and organize corporate governance and legal documentation including resolutions, contracts, and statutory records.
  • Draft and review legal and corporate documents related to entity management and governance matters.
  • Coordinate with external law firms, corporate secretarial providers, and international stakeholders.
  • Conduct legal and regulatory research to support governance and compliance activities.
  • Support administrative and operational tasks within the legal and corporate governance function.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate governance, legal operations, compliance, or entity management.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese; additional language proficiency is advantageous.
  • Good analytical and legal interpretation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork capabilities.
  • Proactive, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced international environment.
