Creating original and innovative luxury plush toys, this brand combines luxurious fabrics with quirky and inspirational designs, distributing its products online and through prestigious stockists across the US, UK, Europe, China, Korea, and beyond. The Marketing Manager for this brand will play a pivotal role in driving the brand’s mission to become “the most loved luxury plush brand in the world,” while elevating brand desirability and prestige in the Korean market. This role requires a strong strategic mindset and the ability to execute a broad range of marketing initiatives with excellence across communications and experiential marketing.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
2. 7–8 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably within luxury or fashion brands
3. Proven track record with a strong understanding of PR, luxury retail marketing, and experiential marketing
4. Experience in international organizations and in localizing global brand strategies
5. Fluency in Korean and English
