Job Description
This role sits within the finance function of a global specialty distribution company's Korea subsidiary and is responsible for leading the full FP&A cycle: annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, actuals-versus-budget variance analysis, and management reporting. The successful candidate will serve as the primary financial planning partner to the Korea Managing Director and Finance Director, providing analytically grounded, decision-ready financial insight. Given the organisation's recent M&A activity in Korea, the role carries a post-acquisition integration dimension — consolidating financial data across newly acquired entities and ensuring group reporting standards are met. The role reports into the Korea Finance Director, with functional alignment to the Asia-Pacific regional finance structure.
