Job Description
- Developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Managing performance marketing campaigns across search, social media, display, and affiliate channels.
- Overseeing e-commerce operations, including website management, marketplace performance, product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination.
- Monitoring and optimizing key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and online revenue.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies to execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Managing CRM, customer retention, and loyalty initiatives to improve repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.
- Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Preparing performance reports and recommendations to support business decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, with prior team leadership experience preferred.
- Proven experience in driving online sales growth through performance marketing, e-commerce platforms, and digital campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing performance.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, online marketplaces, and e-commerce operations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Self-motivated, commercially driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
