Job Description
- Execute 2026 priorities, including the reinsurance reporting framework, One Finance pilot, turnaround reviews, profit steering, and solvency support.
- Manage regional and group initiatives across Asia, covering transformation, data quality, turnaround, and integration projects.
- Design onboarding, training, and career path structures with a focus on IFRS, Controlling, Capital Management, ALM, and business case development.
- Identify best practices, monitor market trends, and build content to strengthen KPI delivery and finance team cohesion.
- Lead Asia finance community management through events, new-hire integration, and deployment of practices that foster cohesion and professional growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance or business management, CFA or equivalent certification are preferred.
- Min 7 years of experience, ideally in the insurance industry, and proven track record in project management and international exposure.
- Leadership and communication: Capable of engaging effectively with C-suite executives, ability to balance group and regional priorities with actionable country- level solutions.
